Microsoft plans to blend phones with computers and takes aim at your office telephone
Today Microsoft is set to announce a broad initiative into the business telephone market, including desktop phones and video conferencing devices designed by Microsoft and sold by partners, with some available about one year. The program will also perform a series of sophisticated functions linking desktop and cellular phones to desktop and server computers.
