A flat opening; Google up on YouTube deal
SAN FRANCISCO -- Shares of large Internet companies were trading in a
mixed fashion early Tuesday, led by Google Inc., with investors
rewarding the stock after Google announced the day before that it
intends to purchase the video Web site YouTube for $1.65 billion.
