Yahoo off after revenue forecast; eBay comes next
SAN FRANCISCO -- Shares of leading Internet companies began Wednesday's
trading in a mixed fashion, as investors dumped Yahoo Inc. following a
disappointing quarterly report.

Meanwhile, shares of eBay Inc. (EBAY) gained ground as investors
anticipated an upbeat third-quarter report, due out after the market
closes.
