U.S. stocks lower as oil plunges
U.S. stocks were lower in late morning trade Tuesday, with a plunge in
crude oil prices weighing on the broad market, offsetting optimism about
the technology sector where investors eagerly expect Apple Computer Inc.
to make an announcement on its much-awaited iPhone.
