U.S. stocks mixed amid data deluge, Bernanke
NEW YORK -- U.S. stocks were mixed on Thursday, as Federal Reserve
Chairman Ben Bernanke's second day of testimony to Congress and a mixed
batch of economic data kept investors cautious, offsetting the boost
from a Caterpillar Inc. share buyback and merger news.
