U.S. stock rally fuels Dow close above 13,000
U.S. stocks rally, with the Dow closing above 13,000 for the first time
in four months, as investors a delayed, but warm response to signals
from the Fed that it's latest interest rate cut might be its last for
the foreseeable future.
